Does Glassdoor allow names in reviews?

Updated 31 August, 2020

Glassdoor does allow reviews to mention identifiable individuals at all levels of a company as long as the review mentions that individual in a positive or neutral light.

For those individuals who represent the public face of the company (C-Suite, Execute Director, President, Owner, Founder, etc), we allow any comments (both positive and negative) to be mentioned in a review as long as it is related to the individual's behavior or performance at work. We allow this because we believe that these individuals generally represent the company's culture and can be informative to job candidates.
