This article explains the difference between Community Photos and Employer Photos on Glassdoor. Additionally, you will find information on how to flag photos you feel are inconsistent with Glassdoor's Community Guidelines.
Community photos are uploaded by community members of Glassdoor, such as current and former employees.
If you would like to remove a photo that was added by a community member, please utilize the flag icon on our website located just below the photo and include a note indicating why you feel the photo should be removed. Once this is done, our Content & Community team will review the photo based upon our Photo Guidelines:
JPG, GIF, PNG, or BMP file formats only.
No more than 5MB per photo.
Only original, non-copyrighted images.
No logos, website screenshots or marketing materials. (Logos pictured on walls, buildings, or automobiles are OK.)
No portraits of an individual, incriminating photos of workplace violations, patients in a healthcare setting, or photos that are irrelevant to the employment setting (cartoons, etc.)
Photo captions must be considered appropriate in accordance with our guidelines.

Employer photos are photos that have been uploaded by someone at a company who holds a Glassdoor Free Employer Account.
Photos can be uploaded by employer representatives within the Employer Center.
Photos uploaded by employer representatives can be edited or deleted within your Employer Center.
Login to your company Employer Center.
Click Employer Branding on the left hand side menu.
Click Photos in the drop-down menu.
The Edit and Delete links are available next to each photo.
If you see a photo on our site that you feel is inconsistent with Glassdoor's Community Guidelines, you may report it to our team by clicking the flag icon located at the bottom right hand side of the photo.
Note: You will need to click on the photo to enlarge it in order for the flag option to appear.
Please include a brief note which explains why you feel the photo should be removed from Glassdoor.
Your flag will be reviewed by a senior member of our team within 48 business hours.
