Free Employer Accounts on Glassdoor

Glassdoor’s Free Employer Account gives you the access you need to manage your Employer Profile.

The Free Employer Account gives you the ability to respond to any of your company’s reviews as an official employer representative.

It also provides you access to update your employer profile including:

  • OpenCompany.
  • Company Description & Mission Statement.
  • Basic Details.
  • Logo.
  • Employer Verified Benefits.
  • Photos & Awards.
  • Company Updates.

Additionally, this account gives you the ability to see basic analytics, including who is visiting your profile as well as rating trends.

Note: Human resources representatives, marketing representatives, operations and executive employees are eligible to sign up for a Free Employer Account. Branch offices and franchise locations must have corporate approval for an account. In some cases we may request more information from others in your organization for approval.

Get started with your Free Employer Account today!


Complete the application by filling out the following fields:
  • First Name.
  • Last Name.
    • Company Name.
      • Note: Choose your company name from the drop-down menu that populates. If your company is not available in the list, simply type in your company name to add your employer to Glassdoor.​
    • Official Job Title.
    • Number of Job Openings.
    • Work Email Address.
      • Note: Your email address must have a valid company domain to apply for a Free Employer Account. We cannot issue Free Employer Accounts to generic email domains such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.
    • Mark the box to confirm you represent HR, Recruiting, Marketing, PR or am an executive at your company and you agree to Glassdoor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on behalf of your company.
    • Click Create Account.

    All Free Employer Account applications are reviewed by our Content & Community Team prior to approval. This process can take up to 2 business days. Once your Free Employer Account has been approved, you will receive an email with your login information. You will then be able to update your Employer’s Profile in the Employer Center.
