Glassdoor Messaging Service

Glassdoor provides the Glassdoor Messaging Service, a two-way message proxy and relay system to the users of our Glassdoor products.  The Glassdoor Messaging Service works a relay between Employers using our Applicant Management System and applicants via their email.  Users of the service can transmit regular messages as well as resumes, cover letters, applications, offer letters, and other materials.  

When communicating through the Glassdoor Messaging Service, you will see an email address with an ending.  However, the Glassdoor Messaging Service will show the name associated with your account or job application in the "To:" or "From:" field.  

Please also note that since the Glassdoor Messaging Services depend on the functionality of third-party providers, there may be technical delays on the part of those email service providers. 

In addition, this feature is related to the job application and recruiting process on Glassdoor and is not tied to review and/or ratings shared by employees on Glassdoor.
