What is OpenCompany?

Today's candidates seek transparency, and now Glassdoor provides a way for companies to show that they've got it. Distinguish your brand by completing the five steps in order to obtain an OpenCompany profile badge as well as access to exclusive Glassdoor promotional opportunities.

Facts about OpenCompany:

  • Any employer with a Free Employer Account or Enhanced Profile on Glassdoor can participate by logging into their Employer Center.

  • Participation in this program is FREE for any employer who wants to be recognized for embracing transparency!

How do I achieve OpenCompany status?

  • Make sure your company info is current.

  • Add company photos.

  • Get your employees engaged.

  • Respond to reviews.

  • Promote your Glassdoor profile by placing a social badge on your company's website.
