Today's candidates seek transparency, and now Glassdoor provides a way for companies to show that they've got it. Distinguish your brand by completing the five steps in order to obtain an OpenCompany profile badge as well as access to exclusive Glassdoor promotional opportunities.
 

Any employer with a Free Employer Account or Enhanced Profile on Glassdoor can participate by logging into their Employer Center. Participation in this program is FREE for any employer who wants to be recognized for embracing transparency!

How do I achieve OpenCompany status?

  • Make sure your company info is current.
  • Add company photos.
  • Get your employees engaged.
  • Respond to reviews.
  • Promote your Glassdoor profile by placing a social badge on your company's website.
  • To maintain OpenCompany status, every 12 months you'll be reminded to complete the five steps to ensure your continued engagement as a transparent employer.  For more information, view our OpenCompany expiration article.
Once you achieve OpenCompany status, your profile will receive a badge. Note: This badge may take up to 24 hours to reflect on your profile.
