This means that when you post jobs on Indeed, they will also appear on Glassdoor, offering you access to both job seeker audiences through one account relationship.
If you currently post jobs directly on Glassdoor through a monthly job slots subscription, there is no interruption to your service at this time. We will continue to support our jobs product and your hiring needs.
Starting on September 1, 2020, past job slot subscription users will no longer be able to reactivate paid subscriptions to the Glassdoor monthly job slots subscription product. This means that if you unsubscribe from our product after that date, you will be unable to resubscribe in the future. Instead, we ask that you post jobs on Indeed in order to access job seekers across both sites.

I have credit remaining when I used Glassdoor’s monthly subscription service in the past. What happens to this credit?
You will be able to redeem your credits on Glassdoor until August 31, 2020. Any unused credits as of September 1, 2020 for Glassdoor’s monthly subscription service will be refunded to the credit card we have on file. If that credit card is out of date, we will issue a check.
I currently post jobs on both Glassdoor and Indeed. Does this mean that starting July 21, 2020, my job postings are duplicated on Glassdoor?
Job postings will not be duplicated on Glassdoor: if you are posting jobs directly with Glassdoor after July 21, 2020, these jobs will continue to be shown on Glassdoor and the same jobs sponsored with Indeed will not show up twice on Glassdoor.
Does this change where I track my job campaign performance?
For jobs that you have posted directly to Glassdoor, your current job hiring performance will continue to be available through the Glassdoor Employer Center.
Future jobs that are posted to Glassdoor via Indeed will be tracked via Indeed only.
We will not be transferring Glassdoor job posting history to Indeed. This history can still be accessed in the Glassdoor Employer Center.

As of July 21, 2020, we are no longer allowing new customers to sign up for our monthly job slots subscription service to post jobs on Glassdoor. To post a job on Glassdoor and access this job seeker audience, you will need to sponsor a job with Indeed.
Why am I being redirected to post jobs on Indeed from Glassdoor’s site?

By posting your jobs through Indeed, you’ll be able to quickly and easily access talent and find candidates across both Glassdoor and Indeed.
This redirect will go live on July 21, 2020 on all English Glassdoor sites (US, India, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Ireland, New Zealand). This redirect will send employers to the country specific Indeed Hosted Jobs onboarding funnel.

If you posted jobs directly with Glassdoor in the past, you will no longer be able to resubscribe starting on September 1, 2020. After this date, you will need to post jobs on Indeed in order to hire across both sites. You will still be able to log in to your Employer Center and see your past job postings and candidate messages.

It’s important to maintain your Glassdoor account to monitor your company brand, respond to reviews, and update your company information. Your employer brand on Glassdoor will help future candidates understand more about what it is like to work for your company. If you don’t already have access to your company profile on Glassdoor, sign up for a Free Employer Account to gain access.
